product shelf life?

What is the shelf life of liquid and powder? I recently am having lifting problems and I haven't had that for a long time so I'm wondering if it is the product. I'm doing everything the same as always so I dont know.

It depends if you are using them or keep them closed.
Our products are good for 2 years without opening and a bit more than 1 year if you open them and use them.
Probably this is similar for every products.
